If you are searching for articles to support your PICO or any other type of topic, make sure to choose the most effective terms for answering your question. Below is an example of a focused search in the CINAHL database.
The Cochrane Library indexes high level studies, including systematic reviews, meta-analyses and randomized controlled trials (RCTs). It is especially useful for finding rigorous research studies on a particular topic.
