- PRECEPTEE QUESTIONNAIREINSTRUCTIONS: Complete the following questionnaire and review it with your preceptor during your initial meeting. Once completed and reviewed, this interview will remain in your competency folder in your unit/area/employee file.
PURPOSE: To foster the preceptor/preceptee relationship and to tailor the program to maximize the preceptee’s experience.
